Do you take custom orders?
I am currently closed for custom orders. While I love hearing your ideas, & I am so honored that you would trust me to execute them, I am more fulfilled when I have full creative freedom without deadlines. I prefer to make what feels right for me in any given moment rather than forcing a project & rushing to get to the next one. Choosing not to take on custom orders also gives me the freedom to rest when necessary as a disabled artist. This is the most sustainable thing for me at this time, & helps me to avoid burnout! Thank you so much for your patience & understanding.
When will you have more items available?
I strive to update my shop with new items each week. Typically, I add a handful of new creations each Friday at 5:00 EST. If there is something specific you are keeping your eye out for, feel free to contact me for a more accurate update on when you can expect to see it available. Keeping up with me on social media is the best way to know what will be available & when!
I Saw something on your social media, But it isn’t on your website.
My shop updates tend to sell out fairly quickly. It’s a problem I am very fortunate to have, but I understand that it can be frustrating as a consumer! If an item is not visible in my shop, that means it has already sold or it is not yet available. Check the caption & date on the social media post you saw. This should let you know if the item was from a past shop update & has already found a home, or if it is part of an upcoming shop update & will be available on the next Friday at 5:00 pm EST. For the best chances of grabbing the piece you want from a shop update, I recommend creating an account to save your checkout information, & setting a reminder for the date & time of the drop so you can be first in line.
Do pendants come as a necklace?
Yes! I ship all of my wire wrapped pendants on a black adjustable slip-knot cord. I also offer chains in 7 different colors that you can choose from as an add-on item for a small additional cost.
